The role

You will own social content and organic growth for CalorieSnap, a consumer health brand within Reymans Technologies. This role combines editorial judgment, practical production, community awareness, and commercial thinking. You should be as comfortable writing a strong opening line as explaining what a campaign achieved and what to change next.

What you will do

  • Set a focused social and content strategy: define audiences, channel priorities, editorial themes, and a sustainable publishing calendar aligned with business goals.
  • Create and publish platform-specific content, including short-form video, social graphics, captions, carousels, and longer professional posts. Adapt the idea and format to the audience rather than copying one execution everywhere.
  • Develop clear creative briefs, scripts, and storyboards. Coordinate contributors, creators, and production partners when needed, and give precise feedback on quality, messaging, and delivery.
  • Manage the full editorial process, including planning, drafting, fact-checking, approvals, scheduling, asset organization, and quality checks before publication.
  • Run disciplined content experiments across messaging, format, distribution, and calls to action. Prioritize useful learning and qualified audience growth over posting volume alone.
  • Monitor audience questions and feedback, identify emerging themes, and recommend thoughtful responses and content opportunities. Escalate sensitive or specialist questions appropriately.
  • Connect content performance to business outcomes using platform analytics and available website data. Report results, limitations, and next actions clearly.
  • Protect brand consistency, intellectual property, account security, and the accuracy of public claims. Obtain approval before publishing confidential information or making commitments on the company’s behalf.

What you bring

  • A portfolio of social or content work you personally planned, created, or led, with a clear explanation of your contribution and the outcomes.
  • Excellent written English, strong editing skills, visual judgment, and an ability to explain ideas clearly without exaggerated claims.
  • Practical short-form video and design skills: scripting, editing, pacing, captions, accessible layouts, and adapting assets for different channels.
  • Experience managing a content calendar and delivering reliably across multiple priorities, with clear written communication in a remote team.
  • Working knowledge of social analytics, audience development, conversion goals, and experimentation. Ability to distinguish measured results from assumptions.
  • Sound judgment about privacy, copyright, permissions, and responsible communication in a consumer health context.

Helpful experience

Experience growing a consumer brand, app, subscription business, or health and wellness audience; collaborating with creators; improving landing-page or email copy; and using AI-assisted tools responsibly. We value evidence of good work more than a particular degree, toolset, or personal follower count.

What success looks like

  • A clear, prioritized content plan grounded in audience needs and business goals.
  • A dependable publishing process and a consistent standard of writing and creative production.
  • Documented experiments that show what is working, what is uncertain, and where to invest next.
  • Progress in relevant audience engagement and qualified interest, evaluated against an agreed baseline rather than vanity metrics alone.

How to apply

Send your CV or professional profile, two or three relevant portfolio examples, and a short note explaining your contribution to one campaign and its measured results. Include your working country, time zone, and availability. Share only work you have permission to disclose.

Senior Product Engineer

Mobile, Full Stack & AI

Own meaningful product work from problem definition to a dependable release. We are looking for a senior engineer with strong mobile and full-stack experience, practical AI engineering skills, and the judgment to build software that people can rely on.

The role

You will contribute to CalorieSnap within Reymans Technologies, working closely with the team to turn customer needs into polished, maintainable software. This is a hands-on product engineering role with responsibility for implementation, quality, and follow-through. You should be able to move across technical boundaries while keeping the user experience and business priorities clear.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of scoped product initiatives: clarify the problem, surface assumptions, propose a practical approach, implement it, and verify the outcome after release.
  • Build and maintain high-quality mobile experiences, with attention to accessibility, responsiveness, performance, platform conventions, and behavior under unreliable network conditions.
  • Develop reliable backend services, APIs, and data flows. Reason carefully about validation, access control, consistency, migrations, and recoverable failures.
  • Integrate AI capabilities where they serve a clear user need. Evaluate output quality, reliability, latency, and cost, and design appropriate validation, fallbacks, and human oversight.
  • Write readable, well-structured code with meaningful automated tests. Review changes carefully and improve maintainability without unnecessary complexity.
  • Own debugging across the product stack, reproduce failures, identify root causes, and deliver fixes with evidence that the original problem is resolved.
  • Contribute to secure development, privacy-conscious data handling, operational monitoring, and dependable release practices.
  • Collaborate on product decisions, explain tradeoffs clearly, document important decisions, and help the team prioritize work with the greatest user value.

What you bring

  • A demonstrated record of shipping and maintaining production software with substantial personal ownership, including mobile applications and backend services.
  • Strong programming fundamentals and experience with a modern mobile development approach, typed application code, APIs, and relational data modeling.
  • Ability to reason across client, server, and database boundaries, including asynchronous behavior, state management, retries, performance, and failure recovery.
  • Practical experience building or evaluating AI-enabled software, including model integration, structured outputs, test cases, and handling unreliable or unexpected results.
  • Strong testing and debugging skills, familiarity with version control and code review, and a habit of verifying changes before calling them complete.
  • Clear written communication, sound prioritization, and the ability to work independently while asking timely questions and sharing risks early.

Helpful experience

Experience supporting both major mobile platforms; operating consumer software at scale; improving accessibility and observability; and working in privacy-sensitive domains. Familiarity with AI-assisted development is useful when paired with careful review and independent verification. Equivalent professional experience is welcome; a particular degree is not required.

What success looks like

  • Well-scoped work delivered with clear acceptance criteria and evidence of correct behavior.
  • Reliable releases with appropriate tests, monitoring, and documented recovery considerations.
  • Technical decisions that balance product quality, delivery speed, maintenance cost, and risk.
  • Clear collaboration, useful documentation, and sustained ownership of the software you ship.

How to apply

Send your CV or professional profile and links to relevant work, such as published applications, a portfolio, or code you are permitted to share. Briefly describe one product you helped ship, your specific responsibilities, and a difficult engineering tradeoff you made. Include your working country, time zone, and availability. Private work may be described without disclosing source code or confidential information.
